Villa Esperanza is a beautiful and comfortable villa with air conditioning, a 10m x 5m private swimming pool with a furnished pool house, and a spacious, enclosed garden with mature trees. This lovely detached holiday villa has four bedrooms and can accommodate up to eight people. It offers everything for children and adults, including a ping-pong table, a foosball table, and, in the garden, a slide, a playhouse, and swings. This beautiful holiday home is situated on a large, fenced plot. The wonderful private swimming pool with its terrace is located in the center. The house also has two covered terraces: one with garden furniture and sun loungers to the south, and another with a BBQ and dining table to the west. The pool house also includes garden furniture, a dining area, a fridge/freezer, a shower, and a toilet, as well as a large lawn for sunbathing or playing.

The small village of Althen-les-Paluds is ideally located between the larger towns of Avignon (17 km) and Carpentras (16 km), both perfect for a pleasant day trip. Orange is also just 20 km away. We also recommend picturesque places like L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Fontaine-de-Vaucluse, and Gordes (15-35 km). The "Wave Island" water park is 3 km from the house.
For beautiful walks, bike rides or car rides, head to Mont Ventoux or the Dentelles de Montmirail, two breathtaking natural parks located about an hour's drive away.
